To get the best rate, please ensure that you obtain a No Claims Letter from your prior insurer (if applicable). To complete your auto insurance transaction, we will require the following completed documents:
Insuring a New Vehicle

- Bill of Sale
- Registration Form
- No Claims Letter
- Registration Number (License Plate)
- Physician’s Report (age 65 years and older)
Insuring a Used Vehicle
- Auto Application Form
- For vehicles six years and older, please download a Garage Report – this form must be completed and signed off by a mechanic
- Transfer of Title
- Bill of Sale
- Registration Form
- No Claims Letter (if there was a prior insurer)
- Registration Number (License Plate)
- Physician’s Report (age 65 years and older)
